REFUND & RETURNS

Cancelling Orders

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email within 1 hour of placing it.

Any order requesting a cancellation before despatch will incur a $5.00 cancellation fee to offset the transaction fees associated with the platform.

If your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped, a $19.95 processing fee will apply and the remainder of the cost will be refunded.

If a request to cancel your order is made after your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Amending Orders

If you would like to amend your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We will not be able to amend your order if it’s outside of our business hours.

Please note our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm.

Refund

Please contact shop@justalittlesweeter.com.au before returning any products, within 24 hours of receiving them.

Please include your contact information, photos, the order number to which your return relates, and details of your concern with the parcel.

Faulty Products

The customer can return the product within 4 days of receiving the original order if the product is faulty. Just a little Sweeter does not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases.

The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging. No refund will be given if the product is ruined, used, or consumed.
