At Just a Little Sweeter, we offer from $7.95 flat rate Australia shipping. Express Post is available from $12.95.
The total amount of delivery will be calculated at checkout.
When selecting your preferred delivery date, please note that all dates are estimated only. While we do everything possible to deliver your gift on your preferred day, we are not in a position to 100% guarantee any delivery date entered, and state that all delivery dates are estimated. All estimated delivery dates are provided by our courier and sent in accordance to their recommendation to have your gift delivered as close to your preferred day as possible.
Standard vs Express Shipping
Choosing Express Delivery guarantees that your order will leave our warehouse the same day when placed on a business day before 10am, or the next business day if placed after 10am Monday–Friday. Our Standard Delivery will leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days. If your order is placed by 10am it will be dispatched the same day.
Please be aware that, as we use third-party couriers, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery on any order. While we aim to get your parcel delivered on your preferred date, we dispatch based on advice from our freight provider. Where the address is located in a rural area, delivery may take an extra day or two.
Undeliverable Packages
Parcels may be returned to us if the courier is not able to deliver your order, or the order isn’t retrieved from the Post Office. If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you (the sender) to organise alternate delivery options.
Please note that redelivery costs apply. If we are unable to make contact with you and receive no instruction within 10 days, your order will be cancelled, and no refund applies.
Please ensure you have entered the correct postal address, as you will be liable for any extra costs incurred as a result of incorrect addresses. Postage costs to return the product shall be covered by the sender.
Please include your contact information and the order number to which your return relates.
Sometimes incorrect addresses are submitted. These can include (but are not limited to):
- Invalid addresses (incorrect postcode, misspelling, wrong or missing house/business number)
- Sender’s own address instead of the recipient’s
If this occurs, packages will often be returned to us, at which point a postage resend fee will be payable if you would like us to send the parcel to the correct address.
If the customer is not home to receive their parcel, we recommend you use a business address. If no one is home on the day of delivery, the parcel will be left outside the customer’s house. Thus, it is important the customer provides clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing an order.
Just a Little Sweeter is exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises, or due to an incident arising from returned, melted, damaged, or undelivered products.
Delivery Queries
Any delivery queries can be emailed to shop@justalittlesweeter.com.au. All queries need to be submitted within one week of the order being processed and shipped.
Personalised / Custom Orders
As your order has been created especially for you, we are unable to resell it and so you are not able to return it.

Delivery times vary depending on the courier and whether it’s a residential or business address.
What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?
It is the sender’s responsibility to provide the correct street address, including any business names. If your parcel is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional delivery charge will apply to redirect/redeliver the gift and may cause delivery delays.
What is the cut-off time for Next-Day Delivery?
To have your parcel arrive the following day, place your order before 10am Monday–Friday via Express Post. Please note that, as we use third-party couriers, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery.
Do you offer discount rates for bulk orders?
Yes, we do! Email shop@justalittlesweeter.com.au to discuss your order. Minimum order quantities apply.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Unfortunately, we don’t.
What if my recipient is not at home?
